To secure your appointment, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost!

The remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled appointment. For your convenience, invoices are sent via email and can be paid easily using a credit or debit card.

We understand that plans can change! However, because we reserve your appointment time especially for you, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.

Yes, a flat-rate travel fee of $100 per stylist applies to local event bookings, while long-distance travel is $200 per stylist. For destination events outside our standard service area, travel fees are customized based on the event location.

A little prep goes a long way in helping us create your perfect glam!
For Hair: We recommend washing your hair the evening before your appointment and arriving with it completely dry. For our naturally curly girls who want to wear their natural curl, we suggest washing your hair the day of, following your usual curl-care routine, and making sure your hair is fully dry before your scheduled appointment. If You want a smoother look, we recommend blowing out your hair before the appointment.
For Makeup: We recommend gently exfoliating the evening before and arriving with a clean, fresh face. For the best makeup application and longevity, we suggest avoiding sunscreen and medicated moisturizers immediately before your appointment, as certain formulas may affect how your makeup applies and wears throughout the day.

These timeframes allow our team to give everyone the attention and care they deserve while keeping your getting-ready timeline running smoothly.

We carefully create a personalized getting-ready timeline based on the number of services needed and your desired finish time. From there, we determine how many artists are needed and work backward to ensure everyone is ready on time without feeling rushed!
