THE GLAM SHOP POLICY

This policy applies to all online purchases made through www.theglamcompany.co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • A return request must be initiated within three (3) business days of delivery.

  • You must email info@theglamcompany.co within this timeframe to request a return.

  • Requests submitted after three (3) business days will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and unaltered.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and materials.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Prior to shipping your return, you must email customer service with your order number and return tracking number.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES)

All sales are final for the following items:

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards

  • Cosmetics

  • Jewelry

  • Hair extensions

These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety considerations, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within three (3) business days of delivery.

 

To submit a claim:

  • Email info@theglamcompany.co.

  • Include your order number, contact information, and a description of the issue.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item(s)

    • The packaging

    • The damage or defect

  • Claims submitted without photo documentation will not be accepted.

  • Please retain all packaging materials in case inspection by the shipping carrier is required.

Once your claim is received, our team will review it and respond within three (3) business days with next steps.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS (USPS / DHL / UPS / FEDEX)

Packages returned to us for any reason—including but not limited to unclaimed packages, incorrect addresses, or incomplete addresses—are not eligible for shipping refunds.

  • Additional re-shipping fees may apply.

  • Re-shipping costs may exceed the original shipping amount due to carrier return fees.

  • These fees are set by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
